POSITION SUMMARY

Clove Technologies is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Engineer – IT Support
to manage and support end-user systems and ensure smooth IT operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
• Install and configure Windows/Linux OS and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Handle system upgrades and antivirus updates
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Assist employee onboarding/offboarding
• Ensure data backup and security compliance

COMPANY / INDUSTRY RELATED KNOWLEDGE

• Basic understanding of hardware and networking
• Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
• Troubleshooting skills
• Good communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic Active Directory knowledge
• Familiarity with ticketing tools
• Networking fundamentals
